Shipping Information

Currently we offer free shipping to the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska on all normal shipping orders. Overnight shipping and 2 to 3 day postal will be charged at current normal rates.

International shipping prices vary and are calculated once your order is placed.

For shipping in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, we ship via the United States Postal Service and all of our packages are insured.

All of our designs are individually hand-made. Most orders ship within four (4) business days from when your order is placed. Certain items, such as hand-crafted chains, may take a bit more time. If we are unable to ship your items within 4 business days from when your order was placed, we will notify you via e-mail with an estimated shipping date. If your order is 'time sensitive', please call our office at 602-625-7299 between the hours of 9:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, so we can help accommodate your needs.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. local Arizona time.

Sales Tax

Return Policy

If an order should arrive to you and is not to your satisfaction please call us at 602-625-7299 within 7 business days of purchase for information and instructions on refunds and/or exchanges. We gladly refund items, minus shipping costs, that are not to your liking with in 7 days of purchase as long as they are returned in their original condition and are in their original packaging.
